Our Customers Services Team are available Monday to Friday 8am to 6pm and can be contacted by calling 0800 183575 or emailing help@clwydalyn.co.uk
The Customer Services Team can deal with enquiries that include:
- Rent account enquiries and payments
- Enquiries about applications for rented accommodation/ transfer requests
- Reporting incidents of anti-social behaviour
- General enquiries
- Report a repair
If one of our Customer Services Advisors is unable to deal with your enquiry they will arrange for an appropriate officer to call you back within 5 working days.
