Ffurfiwyd ClwydAlyn yn 1978 fel Landlord Cymdeithasol Cofrestredig. Erbyn hyn rydym yn rheoli dros 6,200 o gartrefi ac yn cyflogi tua 750 o staff, i ddarparu ystod o wasanaethau yn gysylltiedig â rheoli tai ar draws Gogledd a Chanolbarth Cymru, yn benodol.

  2. TaiElwy cwmni masnachol i gyflawni gweithgareddau anelusennol ar raddfa (nid yw’r cwmni hwn yn weithredol ar hyn o bryd)
  3. TirTai Cyf sy’n rheoli’r rhaglen adeiladu tai cymdeithasol o’r newydd
  4. Cyllid Tai PenArian Cyf, y mae ClwydAlyn yn cael mynediad at gyllid bond trwyddo

Mae ClwydAlyn yn llawer mwy na darparwr tai cymdeithasol. Rydym yn darparu gwasanaethu i’r bobl fwyaf bregus yng Ngogledd Cymru. Mae’r gwasanaethau yr ydym yn eu darparu yn cynnwys llochesi i’r digartref, llochesi i bobl mewn perygl o ran trais domestig, cefnogaeth iechyd meddwl, byw â chefnogaeth i bobl sydd yn cael trafferth gyda chaethiwed i gyffuriau ac alcohol, cynlluniau byw’n annibynnol i bobl hŷn a chartrefi gofal i’r rhai sydd angen mwy o gefnogaeth. Yn ystod 2022 fe gawsom hefyd ein comisiynu gan Lywodraeth Cymru i redeg canolfan ffoaduriaid i bobl Wcráin oedd yn ffoi rhag ymosodiad Rwsia.

Rydym hefyd yn cael effaith sylweddol ar y gymuned ehangach yng Ngogledd Cymru trwy ein cefnogaeth gyda chynlluniau fel Bwydo’n Dda, cwmni cynhyrchu bwyd lleol, ‘We Mind the Gap’, cynllun sy’n rhoi cyfle i fenywod difreintiedig i gael hyfforddiant a swyddi, a’n defnydd o ddeunyddiau lleol i adeiladu cartrefi carbon isel iawn.

PenArian Housing Finance Plc will immediately purchase the New Bonds on 22 July 2022 (as such the New Retained Bonds) and the New Retained Bonds will be held on the Issuer’s behalf until a future sale (whether in full or in part).  Any sale of New Retained Bonds is subject to market conditions.

ClwydAlyn is pleased to announce it has issued £40m of retained bonds on the PenArian Housing Finance 3.212% 2052 issue for settlement on a deferred basis.

The transaction will provide it with part of the funding required to meet its obligations over the next two years under the planned development programme.

S&P Made the following comments

“We view ClwydAlyn’s liquidity position as strong”

“ClwydAlyn’s predictable revenue base will support the entity through COVID-19 related headwinds”

“We view ClwydAlyn’s management as having significant experience in the social housing sector, with a development strategy that is aligned to its capabilities.”

At the same time, S&P affirmed the ‘A’ issue rating on the £250 million bond issued by PenArian Housing Finance PLC’
